We retain data for as long as necessary to provide our services or as requested by the merchant (our customer). We implement soft-deletion practices, and background jobs periodically clean up deleted records and expired data.

As an end user, your primary point of contact for data deletion requests is the merchant whose website you were visiting, as they are the "Data Controller" for your information.
